DIVILLI is a free portal of reasoning, memory and relaxation games. This page explains what data is processed, why, and how you can control it.
What data we process
Your progress, favorites and accessibility and language preferences are stored only on your own device (never on our servers) and do not identify you personally. If you enable usage statistics or ads, technical information about your browser and your use of the site may also be processed by Google, as described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use three categories: essential (always active, needed for the site to work), usage statistics (Google Analytics, optional) and ads (Google AdSense, optional). On your first visit, the cookie notice lets you accept everything or keep only the essentials. At any time, in the cookie preferences at the bottom of this page, you can choose category by category.
In addition, we count visits to the site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregate measurement that does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. For that reason it works regardless of your cookie preferences and is used only to know how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed most.
How we use this information
Usage statistics help us understand which games work well and where to improve the experience. Ads allow us to keep DIVILLI completely free, with no subscription and no sign-up.
Sharing with third parties
When you consent, we use Google Analytics (statistics) and Google AdSense (ads). These services may process data under Google's own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also performs the visit counting described above and processes technical access data (such as the IP address) in order to deliver the pages, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, the GDPR (the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to confirm that processing takes place, to access and correct your data, to request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting your use of the games.
How long we keep data
Data saved on your device stays there until you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. Statistics and ads data follow the standard retention periods of the Google services themselves.
Use by minors
DIVILLI is not specifically aimed at children and does not knowingly collect identifying data from minors.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as DIVILLI evolves. Significant changes will be indicated on this same page.
